Through Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company

Your diamond jewelry purchase from American Diamond Wholesalers, a division of American Diamond Group, is insured through the shipping process. Once the jewelry is in your possession, it is important that you continue this protection. Please consult with your homeowner's or renter's insurance agent as to whether your purchase is protected in the case of loss, theft, damage or mysterious disappearance. Some homeowners policies are limited in coverage and usually require that you schedule your jewelry.

American Diamond Group has arranged with Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company so that you can insure your fine jewelry with the same company chosen by over 8,200 jewelers to protect their own stores. While other insurance companies can insure jewelry, only Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company specializes in jewelry insurance.

The personal jewelry you insure with Jewelers Mutual is scheduled, which means a complete description and value of each item is listed on your policy. You're not required to schedule jewelry on a homeowners or renters insurance policy. If you don't schedule your jewelry, the policy limit for loss by theft may be as little as $1,000, and you're likely to pay a deductible if a loss occurs. In addition, the coverage is often restricted to a few specific causes of loss. Jewelers Mutual will insure your jewelry up to its appraised value, and no deductible is applied unless you choose to have one.
